Gina Xyrafa

Gina joined McBains in 2015 to assist in the delivery of technical studies, technical reviews and site inspections.

Having studied mechanical engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Gina went on to be awarded a post-graduate (MSc) degree in energy production and management. She utilises her great technical knowledge in the project monitoring of building M&E elements and installations.

A certified IPMA (Level D) project manager, Gina combines her technical knowledge and project management expertise to tailor her approach to problem solving, risk analysis, quality management and strategic planning.

Gina has been involved in the delivery of various PPP projects in Greece and is supporting the technical due diligence aspects of many pre-acquisition surveys across a broad range of sectors. Gina is also currently providing project monitoring services on a number of office and leisure projects.

As a certified BREEAM assessor, Gina is able to undertake BREEAM assessments as well as advise on suitable sustainability measures.
