Redevelopment of the seven-storey ex-Moreas Hotel in Patras, by Dimand S.A., to provide a contemporary, boutique hotel overlooking the harbour in Greece’s third largest city.
The hotel was extensively renovated and reconfigured to provide 116 guest bedrooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool.
The hotel operator, Marriott International, reopened the hotel under its new millennial-focused brand Moxy in 2019.
The works included structural reinforcement, energy efficiency upgrades and major interior and external renovations.
